Changes to information required for Company annual returns has been introduced as a result of the Companies Amendments Act 2014.

Changes include the requirement for incorporated companies to have a director who lives in New Zealand or Australia and if living in Australia, that individual must be a director of a company incorporated in Australia.   Directors will also be required to provide their date of birth (this will not be publicly viewable).
